Baywatch hottie, David Charvet, has never reclaimed the fame he had in the 90s with his popular tv series, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been working on his looks. The cutie had his nose trimmed down. His nostrils are much smaller in the after photo. Did it make a difference? No, his old nose was awesome.

    Nice post...
    Rhinoplasty is usually considered either for medical or for cosmetic reasons. It is one of the most common of all plastic surgery procedures.
